What is the CompuCram guarantee?
If you take our Simulated Exams until you achieve over 80% consistently, we are confident that you
will pass the licensing exam. If for any reason you don’t pass after hitting this goal, you
may be eligible for a full refund of the original purchase price. Each of the following requirements
must be met to be eligible for a Guarantee refund:
Study with the CompuCram product that is designed for the licensing exam you are taking
Achieve a score of over 80% in the Simulated Exams area at least three times
Fail the licensing exam within 30 days of your most recent Simulated Exam attempt over 80% and
within 6 months of your CompuCram purchase.
Email a photo of your exam results document to [email protected] within 30 days of your failed licensing exam
attempt.
Once we have confirmed these details, we will process a full refund of the original purchase price to
the card that was used for payment.
Note:
This Guarantee applies only to purchases through CompuCram.com.
If you pass a portion of your exam but fail the other portion, we will apply a 50% Guarantee
refund after we confirm eligibility (only applies to Real Estate products).
Any extensions purchased will not be included in the Guarantee refund.
In accordance with state law, the Guarantee is not offered or applicable in Florida, Michigan,
or Tennessee. Please contact us to discuss other refund options.
In accordance with NMLS regulations, the Guarantee is not offered or applicable for the SAFE

How do I add an icon for the CompuCram web app on my

How long do I have access to my CompuCram?
You have access for 180 days from the time you purchase CompuCram.
How does the Readiness IndicatorTM work?
The Readiness IndicatorTM uses an advanced algorithm to track your progress as you learn
using the Study Vocabulary, Practice Tests, and Simulated Exams.
What does "All-In-One" Exam Prep system mean?
CompuCram is an “All-In-One” exam prep system. By combining Study Vocabulary, Practice
Tests, and Simulated Exams, CompuCram gives you all the tools you need to pass the exam the first
time. This eliminates the need to buy multiple products.
What is the CompuCram Single User Agreement?
This Single User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you, the end-user, and
Hondros Learning, LLC. By accessing and running the program, on any device, you are agreeing to be
bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Copyright. The Program is protected by American copyright laws and
international treaty provisions. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.
You may not otherwise reproduce, copy or disclose to others, in whole or in any part, the Software.
You agree to use your best efforts to see that any user of the Software licensed here complies with
this Agreement. The Software allows for use by the registered user on a limited number of devices
for the specified period of time. Access to this software by someone other than the registered user
or resale of this software is a violation of this agreement.
Can I take a simulated exam on my phone?
You can; however, by taking your simulated exams on a desktop, you'll get as true a simulation of the
state exam as possible.
How often do you update the CompuCram products?
We review the exam databases on a regular basis to reflect changes in the laws and exams. We outline
the exam prep content based on what the exam provider and governing authority publicize will be on
the actual exam--exam topics and percentage of each topic toward the total score.
How similar are your exams to the real licensing exam?
While we are not allowed to match the questions in the real licensing exam word-for-word, our subject
matter experts have developed wording that is close enough to achieve within 5% accuracy in our
Simulated Exam scores. For example, if you are getting around 85% in our Simulated Exams, you are
most likely to get 80-85% at the licensing exam.
What is the best way to study for the exam using
CompuCram?
We suggest taking a pre-assessment as your first step in studying for your exam. This sets your
base-line readiness so you can see your progress reflected in the Readiness Indicator. Next a
student should work through the Exam Categories section and achieve a practice test score of at
least 80% before moving to the next section. Taking at least three Simulated Exams in the Final Step
where you exceed 80% or above will move the Readiness Indicator into the green. You can also click
on the Information Circle next to the Pre-Assessment, Exam Categories, and Simulated Exams
sub-headings to get more tips on using CompuCram.
How long should I use the CompuCram before I take my exam?
Although every student studies differently, we suggest using the CompuCram exam prep between 2 weeks
to 2 months before attempting your first exam. This gives you an opportunity to review the material
and hone your skills taking multiple choice exams.

Why can I take the pre-assessment only once?
You can take the CompuCram practice tests, vocabulary reviews, and simulated exams as many times as
you’d like. The initial Pre-Assessment test can only be taken once. This is for your benefit,
as it gives the program a baseline of your knowledge and allows the program to reflect progress as
your knowledge grows.
Why do I keep seeing the same set of Practice Testing
questions in some exam categories?
We always provide at least 5 times the number of Practice Testing questions as what would appear for
that category in the real licensing exam. Since some categories are represented with only 2-3
questions in the real exam, you will see a total of 10-15 questions dedicated to those categories in
our Practice Tests. We have found that this sufficiently covers all types of questions that could
appear from those categories. As long as you can master the questions presented by achieving over
80% multiple times, you can be confident that your knowledge is strong in that category.
Extension Policy
What is your extension policy?
If you have already purchased a CompuCram product and your 180-day access period has expired, you can
extend access for another 30, 60, or 90 days by purchasing an extension through your online portal.
Simply login to your CompuCram account and click the "Buy Extension" link, select extension
duration, and proceed to checkout. Once you have processed the payment, your original product will
be extended for the amount of days selected.
Regrettably, we are unable to provide courtesy extensions under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your CompuCram product for any reason, you can request a full refund
within 5 business days of your purchase. To request a refund, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 1-877-812-3269. Your access to the product will be disabled when the refund is processed. Refund requests after the 5-day period may still be eligible for a Guarantee refund if you are not able to pass the exam after achieving our recommended goal in the product.
